“… without resorting to exaggerations that are implicitly false, we must express and demonstrate our love and affection with a style that the intellect, logic, and heart will accept, and that the residents of the Highest Realm and the spiritual beings will respond to with ‘Yes.’ It should be done in a manner that is in harmony with the spirit of the religion and Qur’anic rationality.”¹⁾

“… if there is a problem, it should be addressed using reason, logic, and persuasive methods, without succumbing to emotions. According to the expressions of Harith al-Muhasibi, problems should be approached and resolved within the framework of Qur’anic rationality and Qur’anic logic.”²⁾

“… there are people who envy us and have been writing against us for years. In such a situation, it is not correct for us to think, ‘Well, what can we do? God has created them in such a nature. Anyway, we could never satisfy these people no matter what we do!’ Instead of thinking this way, I believe it is more in line with Qur’anic rationality and Qur’anic logic to think as follows: ‘Have we evaluated all alternative ways to arouse the human feelings and thoughts of these people and thus reach a certain level of agreement with them? Have we made any mistakes in our approach to these people? Have we sought the thoughts and suggestions of a wise person in this situation?’”³⁾

“… if you always speak the truth without engaging in dialectics, based on Qur’anic rationality, and try to voice the truth, God will always show you the truth, make you speak the truth, and ultimately make the impossible possible for you and make you successful on the path you walk.”⁶⁾

“People support this endeavor because they find the services provided to be in line with Qur’anic reasonableness, believe that the path taken is the path of the Prophet, and think that the services will promote unity, peace, and harmony.”⁷⁾

“With the expression of Muhasibi, they came together within ‘Qur’anic reasonableness.’ They said, ‘Well, this seems like a good thing! Qur’anic logic also requires this issue to be like this!’ He uses the terms, ‘Qur’anic logic’ and ‘Qur’anic reasonableness.’ They established systems within the framework of Qur’anic logic and expanded to all corners of the world.”⁸⁾

I can’t say, ‘This was done by three people, and it’s as I said!’ But with God’s grace, with this Hizmet philosophy, the Hizmet thought, the reasonableness of the matter, Qur’anic reasonableness, Islamic reasonableness; people come together around it… This is the Hizmet Movement!”⁹⁾
